Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Otagoo website, mobile applications and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to make a booking.

2. Bookings and pricing

Prices and availability are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are confirmed by Otagoo at the moment of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment is verified and you receive a confirmation. Otagoo is the source of truth for price, availability and confirmation; the rates and inventory shown by suppliers and merchants are validated before any booking is completed.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through approved providers such as Moyasar and supported bank-transfer methods. Otagoo does not store full card numbers. Additional taxes or fees, where applicable, are shown before you confirm.

4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the specific rate, property or service you book and are shown to you before payment. Where a booking qualifies for a refund, it is processed back to the original payment method, subject to any supplier or merchant policy. Refunds and their amounts are determined by Otagoo based on the applicable policy.

5. Merchant and partner obligations

Merchants who list on Otagoo are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, honoring confirmed bookings, complying with applicable Saudi laws and regulations, and meeting Otagoo's quality standards. Otagoo may suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access, scraping, or any activity that harms other users, merchants or Otagoo. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Liability

Otagoo acts as a marketplace connecting travelers with hotels, suppliers and merchants. To the extent permitted by law, Otagoo is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, but we will assist in resolving issues in good faith through our support team.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is subject to the competent Saudi courts. For questions about these Terms, please contact us through the Contact page.
