Payment is processed by our payment providers; Otagoo does not store full card numbers.

We use your data to confirm and manage your bookings, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, keep the Platform secure, comply with legal obligations, and — where you allow it — send you relevant offers and updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing your data
To complete a booking we share only the necessary details with the relevant hotel, supplier or merchant, and with trusted service providers such as payment processors. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Platform.
