How do I make a booking?
Search for a stay, trip, car or service, choose your dates and options, then follow the secure checkout. Your booking is confirmed once payment is verified and you receive a confirmation by email and in your account.
Which languages does Otagoo support?
Otagoo is fully bilingual — Arabic (with right-to-left layout) and English. You can switch language at any time from the header.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are shown and charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Any applicable taxes or fees are displayed before you confirm your booking.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely by card through Moyasar, or by supported bank transfer. Otagoo does not store your full card details.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation and change rules depend on the rate, property or service you booked and are shown to you before payment. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by approved providers using encryption, and the backend confirms every price and booking. We never expose your full card number.
How do I become a merchant or partner?
Hotels, property owners and tourism operators can register through the partner sign-up. Applications are reviewed before listings go live to keep quality and trust high.
